I promise to be your biggest hype girl and will always be open, honest, and communicate frequently
Commitment to the community & Community policy: (if you are in the group)
In signing this agreement, we trust you will always be respectful and supportive of everyone else in the program and their business.
Our community philosophy is collaboration over competition and we are extremely passionate about building trust.
It’s important to be mindful that there may be who you see as competitors to your area of business in the community, however we encourage you to see these as opportunity to collaborate instead of compete.
IMPORTANT: We will not tolerate stealing of product, service or event ideas that had been previously established through collaboration in this community. Any report of such offence will be investigated and any breach of this policy may be subject to disciplinary action by immediate termination without refund.
Term:
The Services will be provided from Heidi Anderson. This Agreement is subject to a minimum Term of 12 weeks.
Intellectual Property and Data:
All training materials, documentation, videos, audio recordings and concepts presented in the program are the intellectual property of Heidi Anderson and may not be reproduced in any form. Copyright laws apply.
Nothing in this agreement affects the ownership of Intellectual Property Rights created before the Commencement Date.
The Supplier must only use the Buyer's data to the extent necessary to perform its obligations under the Agreement.
The Buyer's Data will remain (and if necessary, will become) the property of the Buyer. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes Data in any form or format generated in the course of providing Services under this Agreement.
Confidentiality:
The Supplier and its Personnel must keep the Confidential Information confidential and secure and must not disclose or otherwise make available any Confidential Information to any other person.

Agreement:
By signing this agreement, you accept the terms and conditions it contains.
