TERMS AND CONDITIONS — PITCH LIKE A PUBLICIST™ (DIY MODULES ONLY)

1. PARTIES

These Terms & Conditions apply between:

Participant: The purchaser of the Program
Company: Heidi Anderson Pty Ltd (ABN 33 950 228 810)

2. PROGRAM

Pitch Like a Publicist™ — DIY (Modules Only) is a self-paced digital program.

The Program includes:

  • Pre-recorded training modules
  • Templates, tools, and resources

The Program does not include:

  • Live coaching calls
  • Direct feedback
  • Pitch reviews
  • Community access

3. ACCESS AND TERM

Access is provided for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

Access will automatically expire at the end of this period.

4. FEES AND PAYMENT

All fees are payable as specified at checkout.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. GST will be added at checkout where applicable.

All payments are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.

If a payment plan is selected:

  • The Participant agrees to complete all scheduled payments in full

5. FAILED PAYMENTS AND ACCESS

If a payment fails, the Participant will be notified and the system may automatically attempt to reprocess the payment.

If payment remains outstanding:

  • Access to the Program may be suspended until payment is brought up to date

If two (2) consecutive payments fail:

  • The Participant’s access to the Program may be terminated
  • The payment plan will remain active, and all outstanding payments will still be due and payable

All unpaid amounts may be referred to a third-party collections agency, and any associated recovery costs may be added to the outstanding balance where permitted by law.

6. NO PAUSE OR EXTENSION

The Program is provided for a fixed access period.

Pauses, freezes, or extensions are not permitted.

7. UPGRADES

The Participant may upgrade to a higher-tier program at any time.

Upgrades will be subject to current pricing and terms at the time of purchase.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content and materials are owned by Heidi Anderson Pty Ltd.

The Participant is granted a limited, non-transferable licence for personal and business use.

The Participant must not:

  • Share login details
  • Copy or distribute materials
  • Resell or commercially exploit content

9. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

The Company provides education and tools only.

No guarantees are made regarding media placements, business outcomes, or financial results.

10. TERMINATION

Access may be terminated without refund if the Participant breaches these Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
