TERMS AND CONDITIONS — PITCH LIKE A PUBLICIST™ (DIRECT ACCESS)
1. PARTIES
These Terms & Conditions apply between:
Participant: The purchaser of the Program
Company: Heidi Anderson Pty Ltd (ABN 33 950 228 810)
2. PROGRAM
Pitch Like a Publicist™ — Direct Access is a 12-month program including training, coaching, and support.
The Program includes:
- Digital modules
- Live coaching calls
- Pitch feedback opportunities (where applicable)
- Guest expert sessions
- Community access (if applicable)
3. TERM AND COMMITMENT
The Program is a twelve (12) month commitment.
By enrolling, the Participant agrees to complete all payments for the full term, regardless of participation.
This is not a subscription service.
4. FEES AND PAYMENT
All fees are payable as specified at checkout.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. GST will be added at checkout where applicable.
All payments are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
If a payment plan is selected:
- The Participant agrees to complete all scheduled payments
5. FAILED PAYMENTS AND ACCESS
If a payment fails, the Participant will be notified and the system may automatically attempt to reprocess the payment.
If payment remains outstanding:
- Access to the Program may be suspended until payment is brought up to date
If two (2) consecutive payments fail:
- The Participant’s access to the Program may be terminated
- The payment plan will remain active, and all outstanding payments will still be due and payable
All unpaid amounts may be referred to a third-party collections agency, and any associated recovery costs may be added to the outstanding balance where permitted by law.
6. NO CANCELLATION OR PAUSE
Cancellations, pauses, or freezes are not permitted.
If the Participant chooses not to participate, payments will continue as agreed.
7. ACCESS AND DELIVERY
The Participant will receive access to Program materials and live components for the duration of the Program.
Live sessions may be recorded and provided as replays.
8. COMMUNITY AND CONDUCT
Participants must engage respectfully.
The Company may remove access without refund for inappropriate behaviour or breach of community standards.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials remain the property of Heidi Anderson Pty Ltd.
The Participant must not:
- Share login details
- Copy, distribute, or reproduce content
- Use materials for resale
10. RESULTS DISCLAIMER
No guarantees are made regarding media features, publicity outcomes, or financial results.
11. MARKETING CONSENT
The Company may share results or testimonials with consent.
12. TERMINATION
Access may be terminated without refund if these Terms are breached.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
