By purchasing a ticket for a VIP PR Day hosted by Heidi Anderson Pty Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Inclusions

Your ticket grants you access to the VIP PR Day event as outlined in the event description. Specific inclusions such as workshops, resources, and catering will vary depending on the event and will be detailed at the time of purchase.

2. Payment Terms

  1. Full payment as per payment outlined in description is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

  2. All payments are non-refundable, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Tickets are non-refundable if you are unable to attend. However, tickets may be transferred to a different date with prior written notice to Heidi Anderson Pty Ltd.

  2. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by Heidi Anderson Pty Ltd, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to a future event date.

4. Event Changes

Heidi Anderson Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify event details, including but not limited to the venue, schedule, or guest speakers. Attendees will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible.

5. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and professionally towards other participants, event staff, and speakers. Heidi Anderson Pty Ltd reserves the right to remove attendees from the event without refund for inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

6. Use of Media

By attending the VIP PR Day, you consent to Heidi Anderson Pty Ltd using any photographs, videos, or other media captured during the event for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to consent, you must notify us in writing before the event.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  1. Heidi Anderson Pty Ltd is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.

  2. The information shared at the event is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. Attendees are responsible for their own decisions and actions following the event.

8. Privacy Policy

Any personal information collected during the ticket purchase process or event participation will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for event-related purposes.

9. Force Majeure

Heidi Anderson Pty Ltd is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to government restrictions, or public health emergencies.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Western Australia.
